Nichol John is an Associate at Carter Arnett. Nichol is a registered patent attorney with experience representing clients in intellectual property and commercial litigation matters.

Prior to joining Carter Arnett, Nichol was an associate at a boutique litigation firm in Dallas, TX, where she represented clients in cases involving construction defects, breach of contract, personal injury, premises liability, and Dram Shop violations. In law school, Nichol received a Special Distinction in Intellectual Property for her meaningful contributions to the IP program. Nichol also served as a judicial extern to Magistrate Judge Frances H. Stacy at the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and as student counsel in her law school’s Intellectual Property Law Clinic.
