Carter Arnett Stahl + Cho Hernandez is pleased to announce that associate attorney Tyler Thomas has been accepted into the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) Leadership Class for 2026-27.

The DAYL Leadership Class is a highly selective program designed to develop civic and professional leadership skills among Dallas’s most promising young attorneys. Over the next year, Mr. Thomas will collaborate with fellow class members to complete a community service project, learn from established legal leaders and deepen his involvement in local public service initiatives.

Mr. Thomas brings a background in commercial litigation, employment and intellectual property matters to the program. Since joining Carter Arnett Stahl + Cho Hernandez, he has managed disputes from early-stage risk assessment through trial. Beyond his litigation practice, he is a trusted adviser to emerging businesses, having assisted founders in the formation and legal structure of more than 15 startup companies.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Thomas earned his juris doctor from The Pennsylvania State University, where he served as Books and Literature Section Editor for the Arbitration Law Review. He also worked as a student research assistant editor for nationally recognized mergers and acquisitions texts and publications. He holds a bachelor of science degree in marketing from Oral Roberts University.

Mr. Thomas is a member of the Social Committee and Judicial Committee for DAYL. His selection to the 2026-27 Leadership Class represents a continuation of his commitment to professional excellence and service.
